race #3 2017 - 6516 m - 28:19 [sb] - wednesday 19th of april

zen mode
my race number 194(+2) is down. six more to go, then i have reached my goal of 200 srm races. so far my motivation is top notch, and my calfs seems under control. life is good, and i feel in balance, in zen mode. the race to two hundred continues.

another guy just like me, in zen mode. a wonderful screengrab, from a wonderful documentary. does anyone know which?

my watch showed the following 1 km lap times: 4:23 - 4:23 - 4:27 - 4:17 - 4:26 - 4:23 - 3:46.
my official time became 28:19 for the two laps, which gives a 4:20 pace. a pace that i am very pleased with. for the last three weeks, i have been running two till three times a week. a 6-7 km very slow run in the forest, once or twice a week. then the srm race. not much, but enough for me.

the history
pbs (personal bests) are pbs, now i am satisfied with sbs (season's bests) and dbs (daily bests). below the last races, and the pbs from a time i ran a lot more than what i now do.

expert help
last night i got an idea to make this little project a tad more exciting. i thought of contacting a running pro, to get some extra help. i searched the internet for "running legends", and discovered that i have a legend in my own back yard, a guy with the name sindre buraas. the second fastest norwegian on the 5000m, with the time 13:11 from 2015. despite him having retired from running i guess he must know a thing or two about the sport.

unfortunately, it seems extremely hard to get in touch with this mr buraas. i have tried calling him like 15 times. he never picks up. but i will keep trying. in the end, i am sure he will give in and answer my phone. hence i hope to have some really good running tips to share with everyone by next week.

what else

spending quite a lot of time working on foreneNo version 1.1 (check out the progress here), used by the service i will once again enable rss feed, and i hope to speed up loading times.

easter egg
spoiler alert: i found the easter egg. on the below image you should be able to find it as well.

sort messe
i got bored with "sort messe". only listened to three episodes.

a little contest
yay, i have a contest this time. the first image of the post is taken from a sweet documentary i recently watched. the first person to comment this post, with the correct answer, will win some honour.
