MoCh - Challenge #17 September 2014 - The Stretch Every Day Challenge
September was the month were I tried to get more flexible, by stretching every day. To be honest, I did not stretch every day. However, I did stretch quite a lot. Before I did next to nothing. I started doing Yoga, and getting a 50 minutes "physio stretch", once a week. Next to this I tried stretching during each strength session. Felt great. Now I just have to continue this nice trend.
