I reckon SQRL or Secure, Quick, Reliable Login (pronounced "squirrel") is the future when it comes to logging into different online services. The man behind this brilliant idea is Steven Gibson (Mr GRC). On October 2nd he told the world about SQRL on Security Now. Since then the protocol has gained a lot of attraction.

At my work we're now looking into implementing SQRL, and same goes for runners.no and other services I'm involved with.

A great site that gives you a nice overview of SQRL is sqrl.pl.
