Session 93


5 x 500
Session 93 is down, but it was only my fourth track session post the tibia fracture. It was very tiring, and my slowest 500m session to date. As someone I know would say: "my legs are strong, but not fast". Sub 1:30 feels oceans apart, and that is no good feeling. I still feel some pain in my leg, hence I have to keep taking it easy when it comes to running, especially with track sessions.

KMs a week
In the previous weeks I have not been running much, but at least I am running, and slowly but gradually increasing the distance, and that is something. My goal is to reach 50 km a week. More than that is no good for my strength training, and that is of course equally important (if not more).

- Did a two round Sognsvann Rundt Medsols (SRM #356, mine #119) yesterday in 27:01. OK, just OK, nothing more.

- Tomorrow Miss CB, Mr LG and Mr Me is doing more cycling intervals at Grefsenkollen. 2.5 km each interval. We'll start from Folke Bernadottesvei at 5:15 pm, so if you want to join please do!
