Today I did finally set a new muscle-up personal record. My previous record was 11, my new one is 12. Unfortunately I screwed up on my 12th repetition, as I somehow managed to lose focus. Bloody annoying as I had more to give. I did manage another two sets of 10 repetitions after my record set, so my goal of 15 is still alive. But to make that I can't do any stupid mistakes.
