Sorry, but not much positivity here. I think I'm still in holiday or idle mode, unable to have it uncomfortable. It's important not going full speed all the time though, and change the intensity on the workouts. Now that Mr Jean is away on holidays I'm not planning to have it as painful either.

Session 31 : 8 x 60m : Saturday 7th of July
Raining. No fun being at the track. No idea how I did manage to run sub 8 earlier. Today it was impossible no matter how hard I tried.

Times: 8.9 - 8.4 - 8.7 - 8.4 - (swapped to spike shoes) - 8.5 - 8.3 - 8.3 - 8.2

Session 32 : 3 x 300m : Monday 9th of July
Once more I found it very hard pushing myself. I felt mentally jaded and without extra energy.

Times: 46.8 - 47.8 - 46.3


  1. Hahaha, jeg brukte såååå lang tid på å fundere på hvordan dere trikset det til å se ut som at du løp en hel runde på banen på 44 sekunder.

    1. Hehe. Mange med deg som lurte. Og det beste med trikset var jo at jeg løp en hel runde også.

      Tungt å være tilbake i Norge hvor rundene er så innmari lange.
